Refund/Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how setup fees, monthly service fees, cancellations, and refund requests are handled.
Free Audit
The free missed-call audit requires no payment. Because no payment is required for the audit, there is nothing to refund for the audit itself.
Setup Work
Setup work may include reviewing call flow, preparing text-back language, configuring workflows, documenting handoff steps, and preparing service materials. Setup fees may be non-refundable once setup work has started.
Monthly Service
Monthly service can be cancelled according to the client's written agreement, proposal, or invoice. Unless a client agreement says otherwise, cancellation should be requested in writing before the next billing period.
Fair Review
If there is a billing issue, duplicate payment, or service concern, contact Call Recovery HQ promptly. We will review the situation in a fair and professional way based on the work completed, service period, and applicable written agreement.
No Guarantee-Based Refunds
Call Recovery HQ does not guarantee booked jobs, recovered leads, revenue, profit, sales outcomes, or a specific business result. Refunds are not automatically provided because an estimate, audit projection, or expected outcome was not achieved.
