These Terms explain the basic rules and expectations for using the Call Recovery HQ website, requesting a free missed-call audit, and engaging with Call Recovery HQ services.
Free Missed-Call Audit
The free missed-call audit is informational only. It helps contractors understand potential missed-call follow-up gaps, response-time issues, and practical recovery opportunities.
Revenue Estimates
Calculator outputs, audit findings, and revenue estimates are estimates only. They are not guarantees of booked jobs, revenue, profit, lead quality, or future business results.
No Guaranteed Results
Service results depend on factors outside Call Recovery HQ's control, including client response times, lead quality, market conditions, ad spend, phone coverage, offer strength, pricing, service area, seasonality, and the client's internal sales process.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business, contact, lead, and process information.
- Responding to leads and messages in a timely way.
- Having permission and legal authority to contact their own leads, customers, and prospects.
- Complying with laws and rules that apply to SMS, calls, advertising, privacy, marketing, and customer communications.
- Reviewing and approving any message language, workflows, or customer-facing communication used for their business.
Text message workflows should include appropriate business identification, consent practices, and opt-out handling where required by applicable law.
Paid Services
Public pricing starts at $297/mo + setup. Final scope, setup fees, monthly fees, included services, cancellation terms, and payment timing are documented in a separate agreement, proposal, or invoice before paid work begins.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit false or misleading information, or use Call Recovery HQ materials in a way that infringes on the rights of others.
